Important Information for Exhibitors
It has been brought to our attention that once again there is a fraudulent email in circulation offering attendee lists to the ”Garden Landscape Amenity Showcase 2019”. Please note that this is a scam email, that no such lists are in the public domain, or available to purchase, under any circumstances. Do not click on any links on the email. We recommend that you report any such email as spam, block the sender and delete.
1. Need somewhere to stay?
With plentiful free parking, Citywest is an ideal venue for your customers to visit; the adjoining hotel offers special rates for anyone travelling long distances who may wish to stay in Dublin either before or after the event. Special rates are available onsite for visitors and exhibitors, just quote GLAS when booking.

4. Stand furniture, AV and electrical requirements

6. Your all-important Stand Highlight – details of your products and services on display
Make sure to check your email for email with the subject line: ‘Important notice for all GLAS 2019 Exhibitors’ and use the link to update the GLAS website, as well as the Event Guide handed to visitors as they arrive, with:
- Your business contact details
- Exhibitor badge names for your team
- Details of your products and services on display
- Details of your New Product/New Plant entry
We encourage you to provide us with details of any new product or new plant you will be displaying at the show that is newly introduced on the market within the last 12 months. We will be exhibiting all submitted in a new-look, specially designed showcase built around the main visitor entrance to the show.
As well as your plant/product, we will will include a display datasheet for visitors featuring the information you provide. Your entry will also be listed on the show website and in the Event Guide handed to visitors as they arrive.
All entries will need to be delivered between 10-12pm on the build-up day Wednesday July 19th. The judging takes place that evening and the winners will be announced on the morning of the show. This is an outstanding promotional opportunity, the value of which is both around the show and extending well beyond it. The deadline for entries is June 30th.
